I was working in the architecture office but I felt it was too long to finish even a single project and I wanted to feel the reactions from customers more directly. So I decided to change the life, and went to Australia for working holiday.
Basically, I love eating, and I really felt Sushi chefs were so cool for long time. So I started working in a Japanese Sushi chain, and learned how to make sushi.
In 2016, I came to Cambodia and started “Japub”, a sushi restaurant. Luckily, many people are coming to my place now and I am quite happy to see directly every customer’s smiles right after tasting my sushi.
